Ordered the Verona corner sofa and received only 4 days later! Sofa is beautiful and for such a great price. The person who dealt with my delivery were lovely and the delivery men were lovely too. They also called before hand to make sure we were home. I am so pleased.

I can not thank everyone enough for what they done for me. At the time of my delivery I had scaffolding on the house which prevented access and my suite was not only taking back to the store, it was held for me for a couple of months due to further work and more scaffolding put up. Then I changed my mind and asked for a different suite which was unavailable due to the popularity and was given the choice of further suites which were more expensive but could have for the price of what I paid, but was too big for my room. Alex in the Dowlais store went over and beyond customer service to find me the style I wanted. She spent her day off in the store ringing suppliers and after finding exactly what I wanted , she ordered it and it was delivered within a week as promised. I cannot stress enough the patience and time they provided as well as well as the customer care given to individuals .. Out of this world service and amazing products and quality with everything. Anyone looking to buy new, then this is the only place you should go to. Thank you so much to all the staff ..
