My experience with Tranquilo Birthing was excellent! If you are pregnant and a bit anxious about giving birth, I totally recommend you to contact Maria. She is a wonderful trainer and she gave me the confidence I needed to have a natural delivery without any epidural or drugs. Moreover, Tranquilo Birthing provided me and my partner with the breathing techniques and different tools (videos, audios and other material) we needed to face the birth of our baby in a relaxed and calmed way. For us the experience was totally worthy so I would not hesitate to join the course. Tranquilo Birthing will make you enjoy that special moment!

I had a wonderful experience doing the Tranquilo Birthing course. Fernanda is so lovely and the course gave me skills and confidence for birth that I am also able to utilise when needing to relax. Immensely useful and very enjoyable course that I recommend!
