Today, Mark delivered to our family our new fluffy puppy, all the way from Wales. We are all so happy and I cannot recommend Mark enough. I am so glad I found him and used his puppy delivery service. From the start until the end he was completely professional and friendly. His reassurance left me with no doubt that our puppy would be delivered safely to us. He kept us informed throughout his journey, and we could follow his journey if we wanted to see where he was. He also sent us regular updates and pictures, and genuine care was taken of our puppy to ensure he was safely brought home to us. Thank you Mark (and of course his lovely wife who kept puppy safe in the back!) for the great service, very happy and satisfied.

I cannot rate the service provided by Mark any higher! From the moment we first spoke on the phone he put myself and my partner completely at ease. Throughout the journey he kept me updated with how my pup was doing and when she arrived we had a very calm happy girl. Would definitely use again in the future.
Mark did a great job of transporting our new puppy (and us!) home. We’re in North East London and we were collecting our pup from a breeder near Manchester. Mark was really flexible and helpful, agreeing to collect us at an unearthly hour in the morning so we could bring her home as soon as possible. The journey was smooth, and comfortable and Mark had come prepared with crates and blankets-it really went as well as it could have.
Do not hesitate to book Mark for transport of your precious pet! Marks care and communication throughout the process of collecting our 8 week old puppy and safely delivering her calm and content after a 5hour journey was brilliant and much appreciated. Thank you so much your service is exceptional
Mark? Superstar! Nothing was too much trouble for him to ensure a safe and comfortable transfer for our late aunt's cat, Panda, to his new home. We needed to go pick up our new puppy but don't own a car, public transport wasn't an option so I looked into pet taxis. Mark was absolutely wonderful, a great driver, well prepared for transporting pets, and obviously very experienced. I can't recommend highly enough.
We were very impressed with the service offered - a relocation with an extended delay due to lockdown and house chain issues, meant we needed a way to transport our dog from family in the South East to ourselves in the North West. We were a bit concerned about how our dog would be, since he had already been staying with family for a couple of months, so may have been quite unsettled. We needn’t have worried - great communication and we were able to track him the whole way here, and it was clear he had been very well looked after the entire way! Thank you again, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you!
An absolutely superb service from Mark and his wife. Kittens were picked up at the time specified and fantastic communication throughout the journey. The kittens arrived chilled and stress free! I would highly recommend Mark if you need a pet taxi. Thank you so much.
