Shocking poor customer service. They have one simple answer to all problems. They need to get “authorisation” from their manager. The problem is this manager is never available therefore the problem doesn’t drags on. The customer service agents make promises they don’t keep. I was promised a callback on 3 separate occasions and they simple didn’t bother. I am now without a car for the 4th day running. AVOID Transportation Claims Ltd at all costs

I unfortunately experienced some poor, slow and rude staff at Transportation Claims Ltd after a bus hit my parked car. All recommend garages were around 1 hour or more away, they offer me the option to use a local garage of my choice, had to keep chasing the company for updates. I has a very unpleasant, rude and stressful conversion with one team member when I questioned what turned out to be misinformation. They incorrectly told me a number of things had been removed from the repair plan when it was clear to me they shouldn't have been and were part of the collision damage. (when I later saw the plan myself these things has been adjusted rather than fully removed) They were trying to make me accept a cheque for their "estimated" amount base on a driveway visual inspection and couldn''t even read the report information correctly or politely to me over the phone. I tried to explain these repairs were needed to address the damage but I was told the damage was "my opinion", "could have been there before" & that I could use my own insurer if I am not happy with their offer. They rudely question why I am not using their garage of choice, the reason is the distance. When I gave in and tried used a garage of their choice the garage rejected the job because I was took far away. When I raised my concerns about this treatment & conversion (It has all stressed me quite a lot and my car was still damaged) in a detailed email, it took 3 weeks & 2 follow up emails to get a one line reply. This made a bad situation worse and considering their bus his my parked car I was really unhappy with being treated in this way. It takes a lot for me to go to the effort of leaving bad reviews.

I wasn't aware that number I called is premium. As I tried to make an insurance claim it kept me waiting for few minutes on hold. Cost me 6 and I'm sooo far away from get my money from them....

This is a rather mysterious company, when my car was damaged by a bus I received a cheque to cover the damage from this company so they obviously do what they do well!
