Very rude person picked up the phone and answered "hello"a then went quiet. As a business your suppose to state the company name, when you say hello because some people are passed numbers without being told the company name, as in my case. When I asked the guy what company is this please he hang up on me, like are you for real. When I called back he didn't answer because he obviously knew who was calling back and just as well because I was fuming.

Do not use for cargo. Deliveries are not made on time. After making payments for 1 week delivery to Uganda parcel arrived 1 week later and agreed upon payment system was not followed. Was dissappointed in their services. The Kampala office works as though they are independent of London office policies. Please sort of your workflow and a little honesty on when products are to actually get to the client would be appreciated.
