Rang TP on the 25th june enquiring into a product. Was told they would get back to me with some info and prices but as of yet not heard a thing. Tried ringing TP and get no answer.

I am a retail buyer I spent 45 mins waiting in a phone queue .I asked my enquiry which they then put me through to my local branch . That rang for 10 mins only to be told they were too busy and my call was ended.No help no customer care . Wouldn't give any star no help just wast of time .
The manager ov the scunthorpe branch (Kevin) asked to see my white bits when I came back from holiday last week. I thought this was very inappropriate, definitely not using that branch again.
Good Merchant that go a long way to help tradesman. Always willing to match a price too!

Good local builders merchants, staff were helpful and prices are good too.
Been waiting since 9am for a delivery been told at 12 it's on its way then same again at 2 then at 3 it's now half 3 and still no delivery, I'd like to say it's a one off but 8/10 times I've had deliverys it's the same and when you phone to find out where it is they are very unhelpful
