Cruel, horrible people. Placed an order, paid for delivery, told them I will need help carrying the three large plaster boards due to my injured ankle. Said the driver “won’t help” people like me because it’s “company policy” not to help the customer carry a product (?!) - I asked if they would refuse to help disabled and elderly people as well, and they said: “afraid so!” in an oddly cheerful tone. They just admitted they are fascists. Don’t do them any favour. If you have an ounce of respect for people who live with physical restrictions, do not buy anything from this store. Full stop.
