I was in desperate need of Thistle Multifinish Plaster. I'm just a bloke who decided to have some walls plastered in my house. I stripped the wallpaper and had no clue that there's a shortage of plaster until I tried to hire a plasterer to come and do the job. I'd been searching for weeks for some plaster and Emma and Steve at the Fairfield Street branch in Bradford, couldn't have been more helpful. I was told there was delivery due to arrive that morning so I was up there nice and early not wanting to miss out. The delivery hadn't yet arrived but they sold me 6 bags from an already reserved order. I assume they took 6 bags out of the new delivery when it arrived to replace the ones I bought from the reserved order. This is exactly what customer service is all about. Emma and Steve, you're both a credit to your employers. You made a customer and a self-employed plasterer very happy people.
