Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I placed an online order for collection and was there right at 12:00 on Saturday morning, shop shutter was going down and I had to knock. Personnel had a right not to serve me, but the chap was understanding and had served me and we had a laugh about it. Makes a change to see professional friendly staff in this trade (give these guys a raise!). Staff are an asset to this company which should be valued more than stock on the pallets. I will happily come back. People giving one star for store not being open on Sundays have to understand that this chain is aimed at traders, yes it would be nice if they’re were open on Sundays, but traders are drinking tea with biscuits on Sundays. No need for 1 star reviews because of that. P.S. don’t be late like me, they’re likely to be shut and will not serve if the tills are closed, I had a collection.
Staff standing behind counter not bothering to help. Ended up walking out. That's 30 lost immediately and a customer lost for life. Well done.
