Called Monday for a quote - 'we'll call you back..'. Called again on Tuesday, to say no-one had called me back - 'we'll call you this afternoon...'. Called again on Wednesday to say that no-one had got back to me on either Monday or Tuesday - didn't even answer the phone.

Only small branch used to be a lot better but all the staff have changed and not better. Hopefully things will get better all ways picked up bits and pieces as yard only round the corner but mite have to start going somewhere else if it doesn't get better.
Not much of a choice here . Smaller shop compared to other big branches
