5, 9, 12, 40 and 41 year old all enjoyed it together. Felt safe and right number of people for these times.we had a really good laugh messing about together. Children age 3 and under found it scary and other parents were working hard to keep them entertained.

I took my 6 year old daughter and despite going on a drizzly day we had a fantastic time. The staff were welcoming in arrival and a short safety briefing is conducted outside before being allowed in the nets. Numbers are restricted due to Covid, with advance bookings required, but the upside is that there is plenty of room on the nets. The nets themselves were great for my daughter. Because the sides are enclosed it is far less worrying than other aerial assault courses so she leapt straight into playing. There are 4 large net areas. The first has net slides, the second is a large ball area though the balls are not currently available as they would need to be sanitised. The third area has a twister board printed on the net (the spinner can be requested from reception) along with a climb to a crowd best in the tree tops. Finally there is a further large trampoline net area. There is also a seperate net and slide for younger visitors or those nervous who want to practice before telling the larger nets, as well as a ground level bouldering wall. Covered seating surrounds the reception for parents supervising but not participating. The cafe want item when we visited but toilets were open. The course is short but we really filled 2 hours. Plenty of parking as it shares space with lightwater valley. Google maps took me to the wing entrance so be sure to use the main lightwater valley entrance if driving.
Good for small children as is very safe. Totally netted top bottom and sides. Not very big, you keep going round and round the same route and nothing to do or see except bounce in the nets. Will entertain smaller children but 11 likely to be bored quite quickly. Good for parents as is so safe children can't come to harm. On down side there are no escape short cuts and if children get afraid can be difficult to reverse in the one way system to get out without going higher or causing chaos.
When the sun is up, it's a great place to be with kids. The site needs to have measures in place for when it rains. Most rides end up having really wet and nasty seats. The slides on the boat was likely the most nasty ride I'd been on. Avoid on a wet day. I did expect some splash just not a total water fill of the boat in which we need to sit/lie in.
Fun in the treetops for all the family. Safety is obviously import for company and safety briefings are given before using the facilities. There are low level nets for those that are getting used to heights and a high 'crow's nest' for the initiated. The nets also feature shoots/slides that require sacks to ride that the kids love. A safe, exciting and energetic couple of hours can be spent here. (With a warm hut and coffee available if you're just supervising or taxi-ing kids.
What fun and great exercise. Family had a great day out. Staff friendly and helpful. Get bouncing!
We booked here as the theme park was full and although quite entertaining for an hour or so, it doesn't reflect the 20 price tag. We paid for 2 adults and a 5 year old and was 60, which i dont think reflects good value for money, especially when the theme park next door was 14.50 for the whole park!
Visited today, when I called first thing this morning staff were very accommodating altering my booking to later in the day as it was raining heavily when we were due to leave for the nets. With lower permitted attendance numbers it wasn't too busy on the nets and social distancing was mostly pretty easy to achieve. On a few occasions visitors failed to follow the one way system, and on one occasion my daughter had to squeeze past other visitors 'going the wrong way' on the narrow corridors which is not ideal in the current COVID climate. The one way system wasn't policed by treetop nets staff, in fact whilst I saw staff cleaning up outside the office, I never noticed any staff supervising activity on the nets. Finally the website should have been updated to clearly indicate that the 'ball pit' is now an empty net (all balls have been removed) and likewise the balls that usually hang suspended in the hopscotch net are gone. Whilst I can understand the decision to remove them, my kids were left disappointed as it's their favourite part of the experience, and the entry price (which is already quite high) is unaltered despite removing some of the activities.
