Measured twice incorrectly built the frames up turned up and found they was wrong twice, once the windows and doors was measured and built correctly they turned up without an appointment and we had to rush to move stuff and get my baby and wife out of the house everything was done during or just after lockdown Once installation was finished they cleaned up jumped and van quickly luckily enough I found out I couldn't lock either front door or back door the new Windows remove from the back door and old Windows back inn the windows were too big stopping the operation of the sliding patio doors we have to wait for them to me built again they also fitted the wrong glass on the landing supposably my fault as was told on the phone we wanted see-through glass so we can look at somebody's roof the pipework said otherwise ,continuously having problems with front door letting in so much cold it's meant to be super energy efficient once the winter came we realised there was a draught coming through the back bedroom window found out they installed the wrong locking bar and was not 100% locked they had to replace the locking mechanism , also they damaged insulation around every window Iand door had to get quotes from companies and pass it back to Trent Valley for them to pay the company to fix my insulation it has been a nightmare if everything went smoothly without any issues they would have got top points but with all the issues coming from a top company .I know to use a smaller company next time! first time ever with had to pay for Windows or doors and it has been a nightmare!!! I got quotes from from 4 different companies I also checked the feedback and the reviews
