1. Job was completed to good standard once the ordered part arrived. Good effort was made. Feedback/advice was given on job completion. Phone was answered most times, time scale given and I was reassured. 2. However, telephone communication was largely prompted by myself. There was a bunch of soiled gloves left on the middle console and driver side footwell was left filthy by mechanics.

Steve and the team at Trident are simply first class and have served us for over twenty years. Lovely to do business with, straight forward advise, reasonable prices, great communication and keeping you updated with progress and they finish the job on time. Could not be happier. Well what can I say, I needed my car fixed here and can only say the service was impeccable! I was served by a lovely gentleman by the name of Stuart. He was very reassuring that everything would be fixed and ready in time and it was! I will definitely be returning there again. Thanks guys!
I always feel that i get personalised attention from Steve and the team when i leave my car with Trident , they are as advertised , Mercedes Specialists . They are so Knowledgeable , honest and keep good communication with you concerning any unseen works that are found . I have had nothing but good experiences . It is a great feeling being able to leave your vehicle and not worry about it , knowing that it is in professional hands . I do not take my car anywhere else and highly recommend them
