I booked our two Westies in for a wash and light groom today ,( we are staying locally and do not know the area ) . I was asked to drop off them at 9.00am ,then at around 11.30am we were phoned by “Groomer’s” To say that they could not actually trim our dogs as they had lost their grooming license, They could only bathe them and clip their claws , which if I had been informed at the time of the booking or at the time of dropping them off , I would have gone elsewhere . To make matters worst when they had trimmed one Molly’s hind paw they had nicked a wick on one her claws

My nervy dog loves it here. The staff know him well and say he is fine when he is there. Clean accom and he gets a couple of exercise sessions in the enclosed paddock too. Wouldn't take him anywhere else!
