This motorcycle store is the best I’ve ever been to. Marc is very knowledgeable about the bikes and the needs of the customer, Hannah and Mike are excellent when discussing parts and servicing where nothing is to much trouble. Steve the store manager has time to chat and gets involved, which these days is very rare. A real pleasure to visit!

I cannot understand these bad reviews of the service dept. I took my Triumph atrophy (14) plate for a big service. Not only did the bike come back looking like a million dollars it ride sweet as a nut and more responsive afterwards. The guys kept me informed throughout the whole process including a small part that was out on stock but they are trying to source for me ASAP. It turned out Triumph will have to make a new part. I am so happy with the level of knowledge displayed and the care taken of my bike. I have always had EVERY service done here and will continue to do so.
