Troo Studio is a creative partnership born out of a shared love of making and a drive to bring our own ideas to fruition. Together, we design and make contemporary fine furniture from our workshop in Hereford. Our practice is based in woodwork, though our fascination with materiality extends our interest to explore other materials and making processes. We think wood is an incredible substance and we value the history, beauty, sustainability and longevity of this natural material we have become very familiar with. Our basis of knowledge comes from traditional woodworking techniques paired with modern machine processes. We use this knowledge to inform contemporary design and to follow our commitment to high quality craftsmanship.
