Ordered chairs in October 2020 with an estimated delivery before Christmas. No contact or updates so presumed all on track but no chairs were delivered. We are now in April 2021 and we still have no chairs! They do not answer the phone and have only replied to one email in January to ask us to be understanding and keep the order which we did, but absolutely nothing since. Shocking service. Won’t use again and tbh just want a refund now. Absolutely awful...

We ordered 8 chairs back in July/ August 2020. We accepted there would be a delay due to circumstances and the contact was good, even received a gift of a chair. Then we got closer to due date of the chairs arriving in stock and I emailed them and sent messages and eventually got through and swapped the style of chair and asked that we have 6 of them and wait for 2 of the original style when in. The 6 chairs arrived a couple of days later. I have now chased 6 more times and still awaiting the other 2 chairs. Can never get hold of anyone on the phone and emails and Facebook messages go unanswered. Very poor. Shame as the chairs we have received are lovely!
Ordered 4 dining chairs in Oct last year the delivery status was in stock soon, still haven’t been delivered! No response to emails, No one answers the phone and now the website isn’t available,. Absolutely shocking way to treat customers. Terrible service avoid like the plague. Had to give one star to post otherwise wouldn’t have given that as they have our money for nothing!
After initial hick up with my order, the refund was arranged very promptly and complimentary high quality item of furniture was sent to me, very pleased with the service
Ordered Dining chairs 7 weeks ago - with eta of 4-6 weeks. No update, no responses to my emails, no answering on the phone. I've paid a lot of money and hitting a brick wall - very poor service.
Terrible service. Ordered goods months ago and am not able to contact the vendor. They are unresponsive to calls, emails and social media posts. No sign of the goods and no updates. Ended up raising a claim with the payment provider and will take legal action as a next step.

Excellent service. Outstanding quality. Very easy to assemble. Exceeded my expectations, and so much better then any products similar which I have seen in highstreet stores. Benhomes kept me informed from ordering, through to delivery. Stools delivered within the 1 hour time slot given and within 24hours of placing my order. Highly recommend. This is my 3rd time purchasing!
