After needing yet another tooth out I can’t praise the dentist and the dental nurse enough for the support I was given while having my treatment today,the dentist is amazing with nervous patients and I’ll be making sure I stick with her from now on,thanks so much Bupa.

Im extremely 'dental phobic' and finally after many years plucked up the courage & made an appointment. The receptionist, Victoria, was lovely, very calm & patient which helped straight away. I saw Dr Jones today and Wow! What a lovely man. In my life I have never had a dentist spend time talking to me about my fear before that dreaded chair goes back. He was absolutely brilliant as was his dental nurse. I feel much less apprehensive now about going in for actual treatment next month having had it all discussed with patience & understanding beforehand. Thank you so much!

I went to the Dentist due to toothache but the dentist said it was just a sensitive tooth? Dentist said use 'sensitive toothpaste' to help. No further treatment. I decided to try a different Dental Practice - identified Root canal decay and fixed the problem! Feel so much better. Breath of fresh air. Glad I got a second opinion in another Dental practice. This is just my experience and without prejudice.
