Gordon and his team took on sorting out my 1994 Jaguar XJS high tickover issue following another Jaguar specialist's failed attempts to resolve the problem, plus my own failed attempts as well, and through their knowledge, patience and perseverance they have successfully resolved the issue. They also cured an odd knocking noise I had, which turned out to be a broken gearbox mounting, plus now have also replaced all the rubber bushes at the front end of the car, and arranged a fantastic paint treatment that makes the car look like brand new. I can definitely recommend Dillybrook Classic Cars to anyone that wants good expert servicing and repairs for their classic car, and not at an eye-watering cost, and I will certainly be using Dillybrook Classic Cars in the future. Once Covid 19 has gone away, I am looking forward to getting my Jaguar XJS out for some decent road trips now everything on the car is properly sorted. Well done guys, and many thanks.

Recently purchased a Jaguar XKR. The people behind this business couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. I had a pre purchase inspection before buying the car and the few minor issues picked up were reverified prior to collection. They even took the car to a local body shop so a few modifications that I wanted could be done. Updates and pictures were provided regularly. Really professional and decent people to deal with. Sellers beware! This guy does not understand eBay rules. I had a classified advert for my Jaguar XJS and he chose the option to 'Buy it now'. The next step after Buy it now, is to pay, however he wished to impose payment terms that are not compliant with eBay rules. When I would not accept his proposed terms he alleged that the advert appeared to be a scam and the car could be a phantom! Had he made the effort to inspect the car first I could understand the cautionary approach but the 'Buy it now' option is contractually binding. Thankfully, when he did not get his way he threw his toys out of his pram and said he would not buy the car as he thought me to be too aggressive A serious idiot, you have been advised.!
