Placed an order last Tuesday 06/04/21, payment of 40 taken but then heard nothing. Tried to contact today 12/04/21 but tel no unavailable and email bounced back, fear there may be a problem here. Shame because great service and products previously. Since I posted this review Hamdi the sole proprietor has contacted me on 14/03 to explain the cause of the delay, offered a refund, and today promised the rice will arrive tomorrow so am happy to amend my initial review from 1 star to 5 star, am very much in favour of supporting small independent traders as I was one myself before retirement

I also feared that this company had stopped trading or had some unresolved problem. I placed an order of 70 on 14/03/21 and hadn't had any response since despite sending numerous emails and the phone number is disconnected :( Very sad as I have used this company throughout lockdown and have received excellent customer service and beautiful rice. *Update* I have received an email apology and explanation 13/04/21 and hopefully orders will be processed soon. This is an excellent company and I wish Hamdi nothing but the best.
Received some of these rices a few weeks ago and I absolutely loved them. So many different types to pair with multiple dishes! The packaging is gorgeous too which include the perfect amount of rice in them!
It makes me so happy to know that we still have such amazing companies that care about organic agriculture to offer the population the best food. Really love the quality of all the rices from this eco-friendly company! Tried all their rices, which were all fantastic quality, but we love the risotto, black and red rice the most from here! Black & red rice are difficult to get at a local store and, if you are able to find them, they're quality is usually below par and more expensive in comparison to TrueRice. Reliable service, comes in sustainable packaging materials (100% recyclable) and delivered straight to your door- We highly recommend them!
Love True Rice rice and the people behind it! So much better and cheaper than superstore premium rice. Now my go-to brand for good quality organic rice that cares about the people they get their rice from and the environment!
A great company run by such lovely people!! The rice is organic so it’s naturally very fresh tasting! Used it in quite a few meals and it’s up there as one of my favourite brands! Definitely recommend!
Amazing quality, healthy and tasty rice! The best rice I've tasted-- especially excited to try the red rice! Even better that they're organic and the packaging is so elegant and rustic too
