It was a breezy day and the tide was coming in, the sun was starting to set and the temperature was dropping. This did in no way detract from the beach, sea, waves and the people enjoying the day. Well worth a visit - from LOCALS only for the time being please.

Very nice and quiet place, stunning view,
Very large National Trust car park with toilets on site. No bins so please take your rubbish home. Rocky, stoney beach, great for rock pools. Dog friendly.
Lovely beach very narrow road leading to it be carefull
Ok. I've marked 3 stars in fairness not to mislead people. There's not much there. Nice little beach. Little River running through the beach. Little cafe shop thing if its open. But saying that its one of my favourite places in the world. I spend hours there. So basically it's great if you want a bit of sand and some amazing nature.
Beautiful in the winter cannot beat pendower beach one off the beautiful roseland peninsula beaches
Fantastic beach, and when tide is out it stretches along way down making it suitable for most beach activities. Excellent for swimming. Parking available on either side with the Portscatho side being free. However, it is popular so will fill up quickly. Beach side cafe too.
Bit of a let down really. We have some stunning beaches in Cornwall and this could have been one. Unfortunately lots of litter when we visited a few weeks back, and dont get me started on that poor excuse for a cafe. Such a shame.
