Due to inconsiderate parking on the road couldn't turn my truck around. Pickfords being a well know storage transport company i reversed with difficulty into their yard. Unfortunately a jobs worth in the office decided to take offence to a truck in the yard!!. A truck!!. Obnoxiously saying the yard was private property and we needed permission to enter. Rather than help someone struggling with a large truck he needed to be difficult. Being also in transportation surely a little bit more understanding would have been in order. No wonder the industry struggles to get decent people with pompous jobsworths driving desks. Come and drive a truck. With an impending move I had considered pickfords. But now i shall investigate further.
