very friendly staff. the cars are all really clean. rental firms get a hard time with all the extras they push but not this place. pretty straightforward pricing. I would use them again.

The staff there are second to none, they will go absolutely out of their way to try and help you as much as they can - unbelievable that in our day and age this type of personality are still around !! Highly recommended !!

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole again. Tried to make out quite an obviously old scratch on the back bumper had been done by me. Fortunately I had a photo to prove otherwise. He had already said that the car would have to go back to BMW for repair. I asked the question why in that case hadnt it already been taken back to BMW for repair, and at that point became evasive. Had I not had the photo they would have rippef me off.
