Very bad communication no email address given as to follow up corrispondence which lead to penalisation of doing the course that I paid for for not taking a driver's license. Which lead to a 250 fine with points. No letters sent to state terms and conditions as they don't send letters. The text message link if terms and conditions did not open which I screen shoot that as evidence and I obtained some of the recorded calls unders access to data protection act. Also Course provider refused to allow me to pay in installments due to low income.
