I took part in the 1 day How2become a Police officer day, at Kings Hill in Maidstone, Kent. The course itself is run by an ex member of the MET, and he was fantastic. During the day, you go through the breakdown of the police application process. Starting with the application, the assessment centre, and also the final interview. Gaining knowledge in these areas really helped with my application process, and I would highly recommend doing this course, to anyone looking to join, or already part of the application process. They are well worth it! Absolutely fantastic!

After attending the police constable assessment day training course with Dave I feel much more prepared for my assessment. Dave went through every test in thorough detail and even gave us similar tests so that we could practice and know what to expect. This has helped so much in order for me to know what to do to improve my chances. It was a great day and worth the 6hour drive! Dave is lovely and very helpful.

Hello everyone. So, I am so happy with H2B and I would love to say the BIGGEST THANKS to Richard McMunn personally. I have bought his books where I have found a lot of different methods and approaches how to cope with interview and how to go through it sucsessfully. I recently finished his online course "How 2 be a great manager" and now I am studying "The ULTIMATE Online Interview Training Course - How To ACE Your Interview At the Very First Attempt!". You can't imagine just how it is useful. There are a lot of different methods and approaches. There is each question which you might meet at the interview with answer. So, if you want to go through any interview meeting you just have to have all materials from Richard McMunn. Special thanks to Richard for his help.

I attended both the Train Driver Course & Train Driver Assessment Course. Dave delivered by both of these to a very high standard. The sessions were very informative with additional tips and advice to help give you the edge when its comes to applying and for the tests that follow. Thanks J

I can honestly say that after my course with Dave on Sunday 3rd November I'm feeling a lot more confident ahead of my Day 1 Assessment coming up. Dave is a fountain of knowledge and is thorough and will answer any question thrown at him across the day.. I recommend anybody who is looking to pursue a career in the police to invest in attending one of these courses, you will gain vital tips and knowledge and certainly go into your assessments, interviews etc with more confidence! Thanks one again!

One Day Police Course I honestly couldn't recommend this course enough. I have been wanting to join the police for a while now and had a bit of prior knowledge of what was to be expected of me for my application and assessment days. However, Dave the course leader went into so much more detail than I could have imagined, and I feel that without this course I would have been completely under-prepared for all the stages of my application. I am so thankful to have been recommended this course by a family member already in the police, and so thankful to Dave for not just making this course knowledgeable but also very enjoyable. I will happily recommend this course to anyone looking to join the police, it has been a huge eye opener and I couldn't be more thankful.

Having been in the same career for 13 years I was so scared about taking the plunge to move into another vocation. Once I had made the decision I knew it was the right one and I wanted to do everything I could to succeed! I searched for tips and advice on how to become a police officer and how to get through the stages. After submitting my application and being offered an Assessment Day Interview I was beaming and then became very nervous about what this would entail and if I had what it took. I decided to seek some extra information and booked on to the course with Dave. Travelling for 2.5 hours was not something I had really planned for or felt like doing on a cold, autumnal day, but boy was I glad I did. The whole day was so incredibly valuable. It taught me more about my own skillset, my own abilities and how these can be utilised both at Assessment Day and also beyond. Whilst the course isn't a "cheat sheet" it does prepare you well. It gave me time to practice, to rehearse, to listen and to reflect on my own skills and abilities. Dave was able to answer questions and was considerate of each candidate's position in the recruitment process. His knowledge was detailed and specific and his advice reflective of this. I attended the course 9 days before Assessment Day and, although I was still nervous, I felt more prepared.
