I am always impressed with Invicta Honda. We are now on our fourth Honda and apart from the sales side, I find the availability of a Service Plan to help spread the costs very helpful. The Staff at Invicta Honda are always very helpful and give you full details of work that might need to be done with full estimates of costs. The work is always carried out to a high standard and you are kept advised of progress. The use of e-mail top provide an update on work and gain authority for progress when needed is a great time-saver and leaves you feeling in full control. Thank you Invicta Honda for making car ownership easier.

I purchased my car at Invicta a few months ago so decided to use them when the service became due. They offered a free collect and delivery service even though I live 15 miles away from the garage. I was kept informed of the arrival time of the driver who was professional and polite. Whilst the car was at the garage, I was impressed to receive an email link to a video showing me my car being inspected with a commentary from a mechanic. The car was returned to me on time and the cost was reasonable too. My experiences with main dealers in the past has not been great but I cannot fault Invicta for their professionalism or customer service.

Invicta Motors has provided servicing of our Honda for several years. We have always found the staff to be efficient and helpful, which explains our loyalty. The car has received thorough maintenance with careful attention to detail. Moreover the vehicle is always returned at the pre-arranged time in a clean condition having been washed externally and vacuumed internally gratis. Reception staff is polite and friendly.

A trouble free service from Invicta Mazda. The service team had my vehicle for the day to do 3 separate things and offered me a courtesy car for the day. This was great because then I didn't have to waste my day off with no car! Before I knew it, I got a call to say all was done and they sent me a video of my car up on the ramp showing me my tyres and the underside of my vehicle being checked. They really are a very good team and really friendly and helpful.
