I've had an account with Jarvis for 15 years. Basic service but cheap. Never had any problems. Some more specialist stocks they don't seem to have quotes for and after hours prices are not always accurate but overall very satisfied.
Appalling customer service in every respect. I've used pretty much every platform and their's is by far the most basic / clunky. Good luck getting through to anyone on the phone when something goes wrong - it invariably will !
Don't risk your money if you die unexpectedly they will want probate
I had issues with a share save scheme from my employer, Jarvis were fantastic at sorting the problem out to get the shares into my accounts, I could not fault them.
