Samatha and Ben completed all of my requests without hesitation or trying to avoid fixing issues I had identified. They both gave me an exception service in these difficult times and I really appreciated this. You do need to clarify everything with Audi in writing and not take what has been verbal agreed. (Bad experience with one of the other sales persons). But I love what they have done with the car and it actually looks better then when I purchased it. The Audi showroom is a lovely environment and reception great. Regards

Top dealership in my town for Audi, bought my car here last year. Went back to have some accessories fitted. Very well looked after.
Firstly, this is an extremely welcoming showroom- not sure when it was built but the building is great. The staff are equally as welcoming - I was greeted with a warm hello by the member of staff on reception promptly asking how they could help me. I was looking for a car for the family - something that would be practical and safe. I was helped by a young sales guy (Conor, I think his name was). He was extremely knowledgeable and very focused on understanding not only what I was looking to buy, but to show me how Audi and the technology they have could go beyond what I needed. He was not pushy in any way - the only thing I can say is they must train their staff extremely well with customer service. From the warm welcome, and great sales interaction, they are absolutely doing things right.
I used Motorline Audi Tunbridge wells recently after a private purchase of an Audi TT. The car has great Audi service history and I wanted to carry that on in my ownership, in particular to investigate an intermittent noise on startup. I dealt with James Wood who really looked after me. Service was excellent with regular updates on progress as well as explanation of the work required. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be returning for regular maintenance requirements.
