I had an issue with the mode dial on my a58, emailed to see if they would be able to repair it and they said yes with quite a good quote. I dropped it off and just over a week later I received my camera back with recorded delivery and only a couple of pounds over the quite which was mostly due to shipping. Well packaged and have been using it for almost two months with no issues at all.

I've had a busted Canon C100 and 50mm in a draw gathering dust for a long time. I initially contacted canon themselves to get an idea on the cost of repairs. They weren't willing to give me a ballpark figure, so I had no idea whether it was feasible to carry on with the repair. Luckily Thomas Camera Services popped up in my instagram feed. I contacted them, they gave me what turned to be a fairly accurate quote and I proceeded with the repair. Their communication throughout was spot on, confirming they had received the camera, sending pictures throughout the repair, and then shipping it back literally as soon as they had received payment. They also use DPD which is a massive plus. I've now got the camera and lens back and they have exceeded my expectations. Not only are the faults fixed, all parts have been cleaned up beautifully and bar the odd scratch from me using it, you'd think it's brand new, not a spec of dust to be seen. Overall, a pleasure to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate to send them the next thing I bust or needs servicing!
