Hi I brought a vehicle from the Tunstall trade team a few weeks back and i could fault the service, i brought a vauxhall astra and i part exchanged my old vehicle, i was told that the vehicle couldn't be released the same day because the vehicle needed a mot due to the fact it only had 4 months left and the vehicle was also due a service, however the salesman then managed to change the mot date to the same day and had the service done at the same time and the salesman also had a winter check on my vehicle so i was protected for the winter the salesman also had the vehicle washed and re cleaned and made sure i could take the vehicle the same day, to be honest i couldn't fault there service

we purchased a used golf turbo diesel car looked nice few marks on the car and the tyres were barely legal and the engine light did not go out! the sales man told us no problem these would be done when we collect the car! LIES LIES LIES the engine light was back on within 20 mins of taking the car home and the front tyres were different makes and the engine would not go above 3000rpm called them and OMG!!!!!!!! there attitude was shocking very aggesive and they did not want to know!! I've called they make promises which never happen! they wont call you back! SHOCKING THEY TAKE YOUR CASH AND THATS IT........ BUNCH OF UNEDUCATED MORONS EVEN THE INVOICE IS ALL SPELT WRONG GOING TO TRADING STANDARDS!!!!! SO BEWARE
Purchased a car for my partner last night, she drove it to work this morning and it has dumped loads of fluid over the road and steam is coming from underneath the bonnet. We have had the car 12 hours and its now on a recovery truck!!!
