Doesn't even rate zero star. Why?. You phone a company to ask politely for some advice and ask about sizes and get the phone put down on you. One word shocking!! Avoid at all costs. Rude and need to realise customers can choose to shop anywhere. **Thank you fo your reply, as I also said on the phone it was not you who answered, you were more than polite, its the gentleman that needs to learn manners, nothing ever wrong with saying I'll take your number and call you back. slamming the phone down on a customer is disgusting **

Tunstall Garden Buildings built and constructed two cedar wood Pent Hobby Garden Sheds for my garden and provided an excellent service and I am pleased with the quality of the build and the installation. Becky from Tunstall Garden Buildings was very helpful and professional giving me expert guidance throughout the project, keeping me updated throughout and also responded promptly to any questions that I had. I was grateful for Becky and her team’s excellent knowledge of garden shed construction and design. Tunstall Garden Buildings experienced team gave me very good advice and ensured that my two garden sheds were individually designed to suit my requirements. Overall I received fantastic customer service from the point of order through to the delivery and installation, including good support and advice on post installation care and maintenance. The aftercare that Tunstall Garden Buildings provide is also superb. If you are looking for a quality wooden garden building with a high standard of customer service, then I would have no hesitation in recommending Tunstall Garden Buildings.
