I wasn't satisfied with the customer experience I received from the service team at this dealership. I had a very minor (and not costly) bodywork warranty issue which was handled so badly from start to finish, and ended with them not even phoning me back regarding it. Probably the saddest part is I'd just paid out hundreds of pounds for a service plan with a view to use this dealership for everything for this car for the next 5 years plus, so they couldn't even goodwill gesture a small sub 20 pound job. I took my car to Marshall Hyundai Cambridge who instantly told me "yes, it's a very common issue and we have done loads of these under warranty on these cars". I'd recommend travelling the bit extra if possible to get a better service. It would seem that this difference in service you can expect to receive at different Hyundai dealerships is a common trend around the country which is a shame.
