I’ve had two TVs go wrong recently, one screen burn out on a 55 inch TV and one remote sensor breaking on another. I thought I’d have to buy new ones or pay a lot for a registered service centre to take weeks to fix them... then I found Ray, dropped one off to him and asked him to take the second when he dropped the first back. Both TVs were fixed and returned inside three days - which considering Ray ordered parts, was an excellent service speed. The repairs are as good as new, and the price was very reasonable - a fraction of the replacement cost. Ray is very helpful and experienced, with fair prices and a fantastic service. A proper TV repair man with a fast service, and very friendly to boot - highly recommended!

A very efficient service and quick repair turnaround. Ray received the TV on Monday afternoon and called first thing Tuesday morning to say the job was done. On both delivery and collection he was waiting in the agreed meeting place. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend. Ray has picked up the TV on a Saturday afternoon from our house and then as soon as Monday morning rung us back with the diagnosed fault. Has ordered the part from Samsung, repaired, done all the required updates, delivered and set all up within a week (sooner than expected). Thank you for a very fast and friendly service.
