I was very impressed with George, a member of the TVRS Tech Team who uplifted a TV and returned it a week later following repair. It was a pleasure to have him in the house. He was helpful, polite and friendly. When he returned the TV, I asked him if he could fit it on to a wall bracket (which was already in place) instead of putting it back on top of a unit where it had been originally. I guess I was asking him to go \above and beyond\ what was expected of him but he readily did what was asked of him. He programmed TV, made sure the wireless connection was set up etc before he left. I found George to be polite, friendly and helpful. A credit to TVRS.

Had a technician out for my Sony television this morning. The guy was so helpful and fixed the problem within 5 mins after having someone from another company that could not fix it. Will definitely use this company in the future

TVRS Tech Team came to the house 2 weeks ago to identify a major issue with our TV Today the same engineer came to replace the screen and WOW what a difference - looks like a brand new TV and is so clear, which proves what we were watching before was worse than looking at black & White TV!!! Thank you so much for your time and the quick replacement of our TV screen. Social distancing and sanitizing hands etc in place to keep everyone safe. Well done and an excellent efficient job Well recommended based on this review would highly recommend

They do not care about your equipment. Tv came scratched on the screen and gloss plastic on back. They do not protect the TV for transport, and so it is like 55'' tv brings a guy under the armpit, and in the instructions it is clearly written to raise two people. I'm disappointed, not professional service.
