Amazing people with incredible knowledge and a magical place! This cave of wonders is hidden away in an industrial park and within a labyrinth of corridors in the building, but it's well worth the visit. The lovely Kim was so patient and knows everything about crystals, so her advice (and counselling) were very much appreciated. There's a small room full of trays and displays of crystals and if they don't have what you need there, there is an even bigger pick and mix in the huge warehouse upstairs. If you're into your crystals, go. Really, I mean it. Go!

This is the Labradorite GeoFossils sent me via Amazon which is nothing like the image of the stone for sale. I returned it to them for a swap via Recorded Delivery so they needed to sign for it but then told me the stone was missing from the package due to a whole in the side. I would have thought it good practice to offer a refund or at least send me a replacement after all the money I've paid but nothing so now I have nothing to show for my money. I'm left feeling robbed :-(
