This is my third time in Twickenham for business and now I make it a point to stop and get the fresh gluten free bread from this bakery. The German woman behind the counter also home makes jams and spreads that are out of this world!

One of the best bakeries in all of Twickenham! we had the gluten free polenta cakes every morning and several times had the breads (all organic!) and tasty treats for afternoon snack. Wonderful German woman runs the place and does all the baking herself and it shows. Will come back time and again to this little gem of a place!!
Fantastic quality and range of breads - at reasonable prices. They deliver weekly to our home in Twickenham - great service. The bread arrives warm on a Saturday morning to our front door - delicious.
Fantastic hidden gem ! Great choice of foods..German or otherwise. Staff are patient as well as knowledgeable and can help with queries . Check timings as not open every day.
good to find this bakery/bread/coffee shop near the Thames. the interior is utilitarian circa 1977 with a heavy take on the organic and gluten free. behind the counter some good looking German breads and nice looking pastries, strudles. the coffee is particulary good, creamy white from the machine. friendly staff make the German Bakery worth a look on your way through Twickenham.
