Both my wife and I were very happy with the level of professionalism and service Tom and the team provided for our sale and purchase. They responded quickly to any requests and requirements we had, and often went out of their way to facilitate and co-ordinate when needed. Would certainly recommend Hamptons in Twickenham.

I was renting a property from that agency for 4 years I moved out one month ago there was made check in and check out report and everything was the same I’m sending the emails to my property manager to find out what’s going on with my deposit and still I didn’t get any information,the check out rapport was made one month ago the customer service is horrible I don’t recommend this agency at all I’m renting properties in London for 20 years and I never meet the agency like that!!! Even this one star rates is to much

A very responsive team with a professionl outlook. Attention to detail really shines through for a landlord like myself that is an important quality in a managing agent. I worked with Daniel Carey who so far hasn't put a foot wrong and has shown to be diligent and attentive. A big thanks to Tom and Geraldine at Hamptons for selling our house and helping us to buy our new home. Thanks to Tom for getting us a good price and keeping things moving. A special thanks to Geraldine who showed us around our prospective house in a relaxed and friendly manner. I really appreciated the fact she did not give us the hard sell but allowed us to look around and make up our own minds. There were a few issues along the way and she gave some helpful impartial advice which was gratefully received. Hamptons did a great job for us and I would recommend them highly.
