This is the second car we have bought from Lexus. The first was my sister's from Sept 2019, she was so happy with her car that she referred me as I was looking to part exchange my car. The service we received at the showroom was second to none, you are made to feel you are in a Bentley showroom. My assistant was Dumitru who was an absolute professional and it was a very smooth and non pushy sales process. He covered all the options for the purchase and we agreed a very good exchange rate for my car. The after sales service again is fantastic. I have received 2 courtesy calls to make sure everything is running well with my car. Very happy and would definitely recommend this dealership.
