Great British products and a top team giving excellent customer service! I recently bought an EasyFixx Voyager system with a couple of different options - a 2-bike and 4-bike top beam. Due to COVID there were stock issues at most suppliers and I bought all the bits from a combination of places, including MaxxRaxx direct. When one of the parts was faulty, Daniel spoke to me directly and arranged a replacement even though it was bought elsewhere. He even offered me some great advice on my setup to boot. Top team!

This company go above and beyond customer service. The product is fantastic. I’ve been using Maxxraxx For over 10 years.Recently I lost one of the bolts and contacted Maxxraxx. Although the product I use has been discontinued I spoke to Daniel who went to great lengths to source me the bolt. I can now get back on the road with my bikes. My Raxx has be a great carrier and has covered thousand of miles without fault. Great product Great company Great service. Many thanks

I purchased a maxxraxx 4 Bike EasyFixx Voyager in December 2018 and used it for the first time in January 2019. It is very easy to assemble the rack and then just as easy to take it apart for storage after use. Prior to purchasing the rack I researched extensively and found that this rack had won the AutoExpress ''Best tow bar mounted bike rack 2018'' it was also first in 2017. It is very well engineered and well thought out product that does exactly what it claims to do.

I bought a Voyager model second hand on Ebay. There were some items I needed to fit to my car, and advice on loading bikes etc. I found the company excellent to deal with even though it was not a new purchase. Their accessories are fairly priced and constructed to a very high standard. They even called me back when I made a novice mistake on ordering a new footplate for the tow bar. 5* from me.
