Superb customer service from UK Gas Services and I find it very hard to understand the negative feedback from the other reviews in light of my own experience. I have nothing but praise for UK Gas Services based on my experience and thank you guys again for sorting everything out. We had a problem with a 40 year system. The heating had stopped working in our house and I have elderly parents living here so needed to get things sorted out fast. UK Gas (Paul) came out promptly to inspect the heating system, understand the problem and an give an initial diagnosis. A previous heating engineer had installed a new boiler in 2018 but omitted some key items (boiler filter, hot water tank thermostat, poorly installed rad thermostats). Paul carefully explained work schedule and reasons for each component to be installed. An experienced heating engineer (Neil), excellent guy, was assigned to implement the fix. Being a very old system with small bore heating pipes, things were not as simple as in a modern house. Neil literally 'moved heaven and earth' to resolve the problem through very hard work, great problem solving skills and sheer tenacity. The UK Gas final bill came in line exactly with their original quote despite the fact that they spent an extra day on site and installed a new water pump that was not even billed. Great service from UK Gas and they deserve a 5 Star rating IMHO. Thank you.

They have always been very professional and very honest with the service that they provide. I have also recommend them to family members who have also used them and received the same quality service.

I have been delighted with the new boiler that was fitted 4 weeks ago and with the service I received from UK Gas Services. I am very particular (!) and wanted to adjust some elements of the quote and they were excellent at coming back to me and negotiating on my behalf with Worcester Bosch. I would say they went above and beyond my expectation in this regard and I was very pleased. The boiler was fitted in 2 days and UK Gas Services returned to do some additional work which I requested. The plumbers that came out were all friendly, professional and got on with the job quickly. At all times the company were contactable and got back to me in good time. The price was reasonable and fair and I would highly recommend them. I have not been disappointed!

I have used uk gas before and they did find things about the installation that cost us a lot of money to sort even though Worcester had approved it. I recently asked them for a service and to advise on a potential fault. They said that the engineer would review the noise and would service the boiler and then return again with a 60 call out charge to assess the fault again! 140 before they fix a fault that might not be there. Won’t be in touch again
