I wanted to buy a telescope as a gift, as you can imagine this is not a subject most people (myself included) have a strong knowledge of. UK Telescopes were fantastic to deal with, they listened to my requirements and what I wanted and recommended a suitable model. I could see from the website that they didn't try to upsell me or sell me a high end telescope which is great to know. Having purchased my first telescope from the above, i,e, (Tim ) I have to say that the service, from order to delivery of same by Tim and the company has been exemplory to say the least. From placing the order to acceptance on delivery I live in (South West France) only took about five days. This indeed has been an excellent service from first contact (Order) to completion and acceptance of adctual delivery of the Teelescope. Quite the thrill to receive such an excellent service in todays world of commerce. Also to receive what I suppose we must call these days a good old fshioned service. (Well Done Tim).
Excellent service, purchased a telescope from them after lots of research they offered best price and fast delivery. Had a query about polar alignment I was given help over the phone and sent helpful instructions. Highly recommend them.
