WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Bought the hollow decking as had a sound, solid structure to lay it on and used the hidden fixings for a cleaner finish. Was a very good price compared to competitors, great quality and a better finish. Good customer service and efficient delivery. Was quite simple to fit using good power tools such as a chop saw and router. Would recommend leaving boards to adjust to climate for a few days before fitting and leave sufficient gap between boards as shrinks in cold weather and expands in hot weather. Fitted in September/October so left a 6mm gap to allow for Summer expansion. Used a wide anti-slip edging on stairs and outer edge as was for an elderly lady.

The ordering process online was straightforward and delivery was speedy even in these times of Covid. The driver was friendly and put the boards etc where I wanted them. The price was good when viewed against the competition. I have just finished the decking and I am really pleased with the outcome. Boards were easy to work with. The bags of starter clips were too big because I only needed a dozen but the smallest bag was 100. The customer service was great throughout. I received a call advising about the delivery date and another the day before delivery. Also received a follow up call to check I was happy with the product. I am happy to recommend this company and the products used.

If customer service is an important factor to you when making a purchase you’d have a tough time trying to find a better team than the guys at Ultra Decking. I dealt with 3 members of staff, Jack when I placed the order, Paul who delivered my order and Jenny who followed up with some aftercare information. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have a great product range and colour options. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and composite decking we purchased from them.

Fantastic company. Keeps you updated & the decking arrived on time. Great quality decking & hubby was advised on the amount of clips to buy. Would recommend this company.
