We had an almost disastrous experience with this taxi service. Hired to pick up our son, his wife and 2 children with 4 pieces of large luggage, I carefully explained and discussed with the owner and decided a mini van would be necessary - which was used on arrival, at which time we paid the full fee. However, when they came to fetch them for the return to the airport a smaller 4 door vehicle was brought, even though there was exactly the same amount of luggage. We tried to fit everything until it was clear it would have been unsafe, not to mention uncomfortable for 2 hours. Even the driver said he should have known we needed a mini-van because they had picked them up. My husband had to take our car in addition to the hired taxi, but had he not been able they would have missed their plane. I later called to discuss with Steve, the owner of the business and he never returned my calls. When I finally reached him, he was defensive and unpleasant and didn't even think it was worth discussing.. Frankly, I was shocked at such business ethics...need I say more.
