No communication when requesting an exchange. Email address doesn't work. They were quick enough to take my money. Don't buy from these thieves.

They contacted me as I had not included my address. I think there's an issue with their email they should sort as my response kept bouncing back. Eventually found a different email address through PayPal, sent details required and received my purchase a few days later with an unexpected very nice gift.

I would give these guys 0 stars if I could! I placed an order back in May, didn't receive the goods in time for the event so emailed and cancelled the order. Heard nothing and received no goods so emailed again and got an apologetic response saying they had a technical fault, my email had been missed and that I would receive my refund in 7-14days. I AM STILL WAITING AND IT'S NOW AUGUST!!!! I have emailed and tried to phone on multiple occasions but the recorded voice on the end of the line says "Thank you for calling" and then cuts me off! I am now planning on taking them to small claims court or trading standards as this basically amounts to theft! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

***Update: It is well past the 28 days they are contractually obligated to deliver per their own written promises and terms & Conditions. Still ZERO response or reply to about 20 emails/contact us emails. I am no longer waiting and am taking action.*** 21 days and counting, zero response to emails and messages sent through their online Contact us form. I have sent a 8-9 emails/messages in duplicate. Order was placed on Aug 1 and the item was in stock at the time of purchase and still is. Their contract terms state shipping within 1-2 days for in stock (my order) and for rare problems with out-of-stock (not my order) it can take up to 28 days total to be delivered. As of day 21, no communication and my order still shows as NOT shipped on the website. I believe this company, despite positive past reviews across the web, is either a scam or out of business or perhaps unable to run their business as promised. I don't currently recommend this company and am concerned that I may be filing action against this company and a charge back to fight for my money. Deeply disappointed over the completely unprofessional customer service and lack of response.

I ordered goods from this company in May 2014 and only one of the items was delivered. I have since repeatedly E mailed the company and eventually was told on the 6th June that the delay was due to them moving offices and that they would send out the outstanding order. To date i still have not received the outstanding order and have asked for my money back. They have not responded to any further Emails i have sent since 6th June. Now the 3rd JULY 2014 still NO communication - NO money. Received E mail from company 3/7/14 stating they would reimburse me within 14 days. Now 14 days later guess what - NO i still have not been reimbursed. Do NOT use this website to order goods!!!!!!! 22/7/14 Still not been reimbursed with my money now taking legal action 06/09/14 - How embarrassing still have not been reimbursed
