They sent me out 2 copies of the same issue for a subscription that my son wanted. When I questioned the duplication, they told me I had requested 2 copies of it. I only have 1 child, why would he need 2 subscription (at the same)for the same magazine? I asked for a full refund for the duplicate subscription, they said they would give me a partial one. I requested that over a month ago. I'm still waiting for it. I wont use them again.

Poor customer service and attitude to providing a service. Provided a new magazine with old gifts! Would not recommend.

Copy of tv choice failed to arrive payment taken out of account on 18th Thursday it was a test order as I am lock down though I would try service as this would be one legless trip won't be using unique again

FIVE MONTHS LATER and STILL no magazine has arrived! I’ve been patient and understanding with them have emailed several times asking where my magazine is and they keep saying they will send when the next issue comes out! After 5 months of this I have now asked for a refund and have had NO response! STEER CLEAR and don’t order from them. Absolute joke!

Order a magazine subscription for my daughter - magazine has arrived on time. When I did have a query customer services answered promptly within 48 hours. Good prices too.

They dispatched my order TWO weeks after I ordered- it said in stock on the website, I contacted them and they said it was a "technical fault" on there computer, and then they said they would send it out. They sent it out and I waited more than three days before asking them where it was, they said it must have got lost in the post, they sent out another one and it got lost again they said after waiting more than three days-when it should come the next day as it is sent 1st class. Once again they sent it but I get the wrong wrong sent to me. Not a good company at all, there are a lot of magazines websites that are better than this one
