Really impressed with the service we received from start to finish. Stove looks great and the owner is so passionate about what he does. The installation is great but even more impressed with the aftercare including a full tutorial on how to get the most out of the stove (and they even threw in a wood basket and moisture content checker for the wood). Excellent value. Would highly recommend.

Have used Newbattle Stoves twice now on two separate occasions for a full stove and fireplace installation after having been recommended to use them by a work colleague. Cannot praise the level of service professionalism and knowledge highly enough as from start to finish we were looked after in a first class way. We also can see from the customer testimonials on their website that our experience and results are what you should expect and receive. Delighted- highly recommended.

Wouldn't recommend. Most expensive quote but we were promised professionalism and attention to detail, which did not transpire. Great sales speech but no follow through when it mattered. Generally disappointed with the experience, despite having booked more than 3-months in advance.
