My kids knocked into something and dropped something and the member if staff was rude and threaten that if they throw something in 'her shop they will have to stand outside'. So what I'm supposed to leave my children outside for them to be kidnapped by someone as it DOES happen just so her shop is clean. Do your job and pick stuff up! Infact i was letting someone with a pushchair pass before i could get to my kids. Totally rude staff! Appalling customer service!!!!!
