I would have given more but I had to wait 5 months for this bed. When I paid for it back in July. I understand the virus situation but I hardly got much updates or when or if I'll get compensation. So disappointing

Because I hate the treatment I received from bensons customer service. Even though the case is still on going and if they lied to the Ombudsman and they didn't do anything I will take them to court.
i am awaiting a recall from customer support which i am told will be tuesday, so at this moment i am still in the dark as to where my missing item is
Wish there was a star less than one. Ordered a wardrobe and 7 months down the line, still no clue. I called and a rude person said I haven't paid the remaining balance. She wouldn't even tell me, if I pay the remaining when they can deliver. Instead of cooperating, the started raising her voice. I am taking them to Ombudsman. Stay away as much as can
The bensons for beds deals a a huge scam. Close friend of mine bought a mattress for 599 and it had started sinking on both sides. They bought a guarantee on this mattress so that bensons for beds would come and look at it. Unfortunately bensons for beds can't actually be bothered to send a technician in to look at the mattress, so my friend has just been completely shafted by this company. Warranties just mean nothing and they just want your money. Avoid at all costs
