Do not use this firm. They do not reply to email or messages left chasing up claims. After a traffic accident claim my partner was awarded, after WNS costs, 1,500. Rather than pay the money they had already received from the other party, they sat on the money for over 2 weeks. Then they refused to pay the full amount in one payment. Instead saying they would pay 500 in 3 monthly installments. They paid the first payment but failed to pay the other 2 payments. My partner has waited for over 2 months and has had no reply to her emails. She managed to get through on the phone and was told the money would be paid within a week. Thats 7 weeks ago and still no money. She is going through the small claims court for the outstanding 1,000.

Disappointed that Kitsune/Autonet have chosen these claims handlers. Stuck in France with a no fault serious motor accident and they cannot send texts, respond to emails or answer the phone. This will drag on unnecessarily with poorly trained claims handlers, poor systems and abysmal interest in a paying customer. And we have no car and no plan, no communication and no reassurance. Worse still the motor legal expenses team seems to be the same no clue team that is handling the claim. So far, one star is three stars too many. 5 days is long enough to respond to a polite email - and they haven't replied so far. In first calls all they've done is display lack of knowledge and lack of interest. As far as we're concerned that must be the same attitude at Kitsune and Autonet.

If I could give no stars I would! The WORST company I have ever dealt with. I had a straight forward fault claim. It took them 3 weeks to make me an offer and a further 4 weeks to receive my cheque. I had to chase them pretty much every day. I was told my cheque had been released but yet I recieved my money 1 week after dated the day before? They dont reply to emails or telephone calls and whenever I rang the total loss department was always busy, even ringing at 9am when they open. I asked to speak to a manager the last 2 times I rang and surprisingly someone from the department was free. Why any insurance company would use these is beyond me. I am now using a much more competent company.
