Very good Service , Given my parcel to send Abroad , they promised it will be there in 8 weeks but it actually reached there in 6 weeks , very pleased with service , It seems there is new management at this place as i read reviews and asked them ,they told me old people have left , new people serve with smile on the face. thank you 5 Star service.

Sent 2 barrel to Kingston Jamaica, reached safely ,needed help in n the other side they were more than happy to help , I have used them previously I noticed new faces too as I had issue regarding behaviour of previous staff .

Awful service from start to finish, most unreliable company ever. I sent an item we chased after it for 6 months, manager kept saying we will definetely get it to your destination stop ringing us everyday. After 8 months time we were told item is missing and we dont know where its gone. we asked for refund but we were denied. The owner was very rude and aggressive, no compassion showed and no regret from the company. Til this day 1 year after still no refund given. Please avoid using this service as its happened to alot of people who have used this company.. not even worth the 1 star

Very poor service. Paid for air cargo and they says will reach in 10 days but it was 5 weeks late. They didn't send in air cargo but they send through ship and they charge for air cargo. Very unprofessionals. Send them text complaining but no reply. No recommend with this company waste of time and money Never using again.
